Though the majority of these sites carry age warnings, these are poorly enforced; all the user has to do is click a button to say they’re over 18, and they’re able to access the content – the age rule is, at best, tokenistic. Jun 20, 2008 · Don't worry. ISPs aren't the one's that sue you it's the content providers and it takes court orders and costs lots of money to do it. Relax a bit. Proxies are good but Comcast is actually a solid ISP when it comes to privacy. I'm fighting with Comcast now because of the insane price increase I got. It's a setting in the router you can enable if you are with xfinity that is supposed to block "bad" websites. Like malware and phishing websites. I don't even use xfinity, I just read about them blocking reputable websites such as steam and PayPal and wanted to talk to them to see what their response was.
