In my case, when I go direct to HBO Go, I have to use the V*.net id and password. If I login through v*.com, i can use either of my IDs to launch HBO Go. Since HBO Go is a third-party system, I understand this current disconnect, but it sure would have been appreciated if this was communicated by V* more effectively.
According to HBO there should not be aproblem accessing their Go service from any internet service. The deciding issue is whether you are subscribed to the HBO channels as part of the TV service.
