The VPN service im planning on using is vyprvpn and they have a router function where you flash tomato onto your router and it enables you to use their app to control their servers you connect to and devices connected.
TL;DR There's no way to get someone's IP on Xbox one or ps4 so it's impossible for anyone to be ddosed. I hope I helped some of you!
